They exist to align expectations, protect both parties, and keep the focus on real execution rather than ambiguity.
Key Disclosures & Client Responsibilities

perZZist provides high-level advisory guidance, strategic perspective, structured frameworks, and accountability support. All decisions, actions, and outcomes remain solely the Client’s responsibility. We do not guarantee any specific results, timelines, financial returns, career advancement, or personal changes. Progress depends on your execution, circumstances, and factors outside our control.

PerZZist is strategic consulting designed to create clarity, direction, and execution.
Perzzist does not provide legal, medical, tax, investment, or mental health services. Clients are encouraged to consult appropriately licensed professionals for those matters.
Clients are responsible for your own decisions and actions at all times.

Your personal information and session content remain confidential.
In group settings, all participants are expected to maintain strict confidentiality.
Recording or sharing discussions is not permitted.
In return, Clients agree not to share Perzzist’s proprietary frameworks, materials, or methodologies without written permission.

Program fees reflect reserved advisory capacity and limited availability. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment is required at the time of enrollment.

Your outcomes depend on your honesty, preparation, and willingness to act.
There are no guaranteed financial, relational, or personal results - only powerful structure and strategic guidance.Each engagement includes clearly defined commitments. Failure to deliver commitments without legitimate uncontrollable circumstances may result in termination of participation. Program fees are non-refundable.

Sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in pausing or concluding the engagement.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
Perzzist may also pause or end the engagement if the Client repeatedly fails to meet agreed commitments or engage meaningfully with the process. No refunds are provided for reserved capacity in such cases.

All fees are non-refundable. In extraordinary circumstances involving significant documented events beyond the Client’s control, Perzzist may, at its sole discretion, consider limited adjustments. No adjustment is guaranteed. Clients have 24 hours after signing to cancel for a full refund if no services have been provided.

In cases of legitimate circumstances beyond your control - including medical emergencies, accidents, or significant family events - accommodations may be considered individually.
Such decisions remain solely at our discretion.

Completion of pre-session curriculum and materials is required before scheduled sessions. This ensures every minute is high-leverage and productive.

All frameworks, exercises, materials, recordings, and methodologies provided by perZZist remain the intellectual property of Perzzist Consulting LLC and may not be copied, distributed, taught, or used commercially without explicit written permission.

We expect mutual respect, good-faith participation, and professional conduct from all parties. This includes honoring confidentiality and treating the process with seriousness.

Before beginning any program, every client must electronically review and acknowledge the following documents:
• Client Engagement & Participation Agreement - the primary contract governing the advisory relationship, responsibilities, fees, and terms.
• Terms & Conditions - rules for using the website, member areas, and booking system.
• Privacy Policy - how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Agreements & Policies
You will be asked to electronically sign the Client Engagement Agreement and acknowledge the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy via DocuSign (or equivalent) prior to your first session.
These documents are designed to create clarity and mutual protection so the real work - turning intention into execution - can proceed without distraction.

Process:
After you book and pay for Clarity session, you will receive a secure DocuSign link via email as part of the pre-work. This link will allow you to review and electronically sign the Client Engagement Agreement and acknowledge the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Welcome to perZZist. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of perzzist.com, our member areas, booking system, client portal, and related services. By accessing or using any part of the site or services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services perZZist provides high-level advisory and coaching services designed to support meaningful personal and professional progress. All services are advisory in nature. We offer perspective, structured frameworks, and accountability support. You retain full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and outcomes.
2. No Guarantees We do not guarantee any specific results, timelines, financial outcomes, career advancement, business success, or personal changes. Progress depends on your execution, circumstances, and factors outside our control.
3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site and services only for lawful purposes.
4. Member Areas & Client Portal Access to private member areas and the client portal is granted only to enrolled clients. You agree not to share login credentials or allow unauthorized access. All content in these areas is for your personal use only and remains confidential.
5. Intellectual Property All frameworks, exercises, materials, recordings, and methodologies provided by perZZist are our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, teach, publish, or commercially use them without our prior written permission.
6. Payments & Refunds All program fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Fees reflect reserved advisory capacity and limited availability. Payment is required at the time of enrollment. Clients have 24 hours after signing to cancel for a full refund if no services have been provided.

8. Termination We may terminate or pause your access if you repeatedly fail to meet agreed commitments, violate these terms, or engage in conduct that interferes with the program. Either party may otherwise terminate with written notice.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, perZZist shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, emotional, or financial damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Data Retention We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Session notes and uploaded materials are typically retained for 2 years after the end of the engagement. Financial records are kept for 7 years.

Security We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
International Clients For clients in the EU/UK, we comply with GDPR where applicable.
Children’s Privacy Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not collect data from children.
