Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows forfeit the session.

This protects the integrity of the calendar and the preparation time dedicated to you.

Either party may terminate participation in accordance with the Engagement Agreement. Details are outlined in the signed contract.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

In cases of legitimate circumstances beyond your control - including medical emergencies, accidents, or significant family events - accommodations may be considered individually.

• Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
